We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused, undamaged products in their original packaging. The product must be in the same condition as received.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom energised products, personalized items, opened malas/bracelets, and consultation bookings are non-returnable.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchange

Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange an immediate replacement at no cost.
